Arms & McGregor International® – Commercial brokerage and commercial advisory divisions providing high-level advisory and representation services.
Founded in 2007 by Entrepreneur Makram Hani the company offered full real estate solutions and grew organically as well as through acquisitions into a diverse group of real estate property management, facility management, brokerage, development and advisory companies.
A decision was taken in 2021 to divest from facility management while removing brokerage from under it’s umbrella, which got acquired by another group company of the founder.
This shift allowed Arms & McGregor International® to focus its operations on digital transformation as well as real estate development consultancy and eliminated the possibility of any conflict of interest that may arise from performing brokerage or facility management at the same time.
The firm launched the development consultancy division in 2011 under the name DEVELOP setting parameters through which the firm impacted the real estate development cycle.
